The Forgetmenauts weave folklore and mythology into a strange, fresh, and rich soundscape. Their musicality is orchestral, folksy, alternative, and punk all at once. Their lyrics spin old tales and new into exciting and poetic songs that weave together love and queerness, longing and revenge.
Based in the San Francisco Bay Area, they have a dedicated following of fans both locally and internationally. The Forgetmenauts have played many shows along California’s West Coast, from legendary punk venue 924 Gilman to the Edwardian Ball. Their theatrical performances reflect their backgrounds as storytellers, actors, artists, dancers, and circus performers.
