Field of Embers is a rock band based in Providence, RI that plays primarily queer, pagan, cryptid jams. With two vocalists trading the lead spot they sing about love, community, myth, and whimsy. Expect everything from extended funky jams to piano ballads, with a healthy dose of heavy rock and roll thrown in for good measure.
For Clockwork alchemy, Field of Embers will be performing as an acoustic duo with Maddie Cardoza (they/she) on vocals, piano, and clarinet; and Nathaniel Johnstone (they/he) on vocals, guitar and violin. In addition to all new Field of Embers songs you will hear a smattering of Maddie’s tunes and several of your old favorites from Nathaniel’s older albums.
