🍸🛠Through a collaboration with the hotel, we’re pleased to announce steampunk themed cocktails will be available at the bar (cash bar, sorry). Just sidle up to the bartender and ask for an “Into the Thicket” or an “Apple Cranberry Moscow Mule.”
Into the Thicket (Blackberry Margarita)
- 2 oz Silver Tequila
- 1 oz Lemon Juice
- 8-10 blackberries
- 1 tsp maple syrup
- Dash of orange bitters
Muddle Blackberries and Sage in a cocktail shaker. Add Tequila, lemon juice, bitters, and maple syrup, shake vigorously and pour over ice into margarita glass. Place dried sage leaf and light on fire for smoky effect
Apple Cranberry Moscow Mule
- 2 oz vodka
- 1/8 cup cranberry juice
- 1/4 cup sparkling apple juice
- 8-10 oz ginger beer
- Fresh apple slices for garnish
Fill glass with ice, add vodka and cranberry juice, add sparkling apple juice and then fill with ginger beer stir gently.
